MagicalTransylvania.com has a flexible refund, return and exchange policy. The refund, return and exchange policy is designed in a way so that our Customers get maximum benefit and satisfaction, which is our ultimate goal. As the products are delivered through shipping, there is a remote chance that the items may get damaged during transit (mainly beverage bottles), even though we take great care to package them properly.
Customers can claim their money back or else exchange their damaged item with a new one. Upon providing a clear photo of the damaged item, the cost of the product will be covered by us, except the shipping charges.
In case of non-perishable items, you can get a refund by way of transfer to your bank account.
